Payment Agreement

(Payment Agreement for Seouldude Walking Tour Products)

 

This payment agreement ("Agreement") is made between Seouldude ("Company") and the customer ("Customer") for the reservation and payment of Seouldude Walking Tour products. By making a reservation and submitting payment, the Customer agrees to the terms and conditions set forth in this Agreement.

 

1.Booking and Reservation

1.1 The Customer shall make a reservation for the desired Seouldude Walking Tour product through the Company's website or authorized platforms.

1.2 The reservation is considered valid and confirmed upon successful payment by the Customer.

1.3 The Company reserves the right to refuse or cancel any reservation at its discretion.

 

2.Payment

2.1 The payment for the Seouldude Walking Tour product shall be made through the Company's authorized payment gateway, PayPal.

2.2 The Customer shall provide accurate and valid payment information during the booking process.

2.3 The payment amount shall include any applicable fees, taxes, and charges as indicated on the booking confirmation.

 

3.Cancellation and Refunds

3.1 The Customer may request cancellation of the reservation by notifying the Company in writing or through the designated cancellation process.

3.2 The refund policy shall be in accordance with the Company's stated cancellation policy, which includes any applicable fees or refund schedules.

3.3 The Company will process the refund within 10 of business days after receiving the cancellation request, subject to any applicable terms and conditions.

 

4.Governing Law and Jurisdiction

4.1 This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Korea.

4.2 Any disputes arising out of or in connection with this Agreement shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Seoul Central District Court of the Republic of Korea.

 

5.Entire Agreement

5.1 This Agreement constitutes the entire understanding between the Company and the Customer regarding the booking and payment of Seouldude Walking Tour products, superseding any prior agreements or understandings, whether written or oral.

 

*By proceeding with the reservation and making payment, the Customer acknowledges and agrees to be bound by the terms and conditions of this Payment Agreement.

The customer should only select 'I Agree' if he/she agrees that he/she has read and understands all the terms and conditions of the booking and payment agreement.

If you do not understand or agree, do not proceed to payment.

If you make a reservation and payment without fully reviewing the contents of the payment agreement, or for any problems caused by the customer's responsibility, we will not be held liable for refunds or cancellations.

 

 

If you click “I Agree”, we will process your electronic signature, the name of the payer confirmed by the payment method, and the date of the agreement in place of the main signature, name, and date of the agreement of the contracting parties by the electronic signature of the customer, the name of the payer confirmed by the payment method, and the date of the agreement selected. In addition, by selecting the content of the agreement, the Customer will be treated as a normal contract. The customer confirms that he/she has fully read and understood this agreement and that he/she has entered into a normal reservation and payment contract.

 

By proceeding with the reservation and making payment, the Customer acknowledges and agrees to be bound by the terms and conditions of this Payment Agreement.

c. Electronic Signatures: By entering payment information and completing the transaction, the Customer provides an electronic signature indicating their acceptance of the purchase and agreement to the terms herein.

3.Sales Product

-Description: This tour product is for the Seouldude Walking Tour, which offers guided tours in English for foreign tourists visiting Korea.

-Price: The price of the tour product is clearly displayed on the Seouldude website at the time of booking.

-Payment Method: Payments for the tour product are processed through PayPal using credit cards accepted by PayPal.

4.Payment Terms

-Reservation: The Customer can make a reservation for the tour product on the Seouldude website by providing the necessary information and selecting the desired date and time.

-Payment Authorization: By submitting payment details on the Seouldude website, the Customer authorizes the Company to charge the specified amount for the tour product.

-Payment Confirmation: Upon successful completion of the payment, the Customer will receive a confirmation email containing the details of the reservation and payment.

5.Cancellation and Refund Policy

Under the Korean Electronic Commerce Act, cooling-off periods, which provide certain consumer protection rights, such as the right to withdraw a purchase within a certain period of time, generally apply to certain types of contracts, such as door-to-door sales or online purchases. The cooling-off period can vary depending on the nature of the contract and can range from 7 to 14 days. During this period, consumers have the right to cancel the contract and receive a refund of the purchase price. However, refunds and cancellations are different in some cases, so please contact our Help Center or your representative to find out for yourself.

-According to the Korea Electronic Commerce Act, consumers generally have the right to withdraw from a subscription (or contract) within a certain period of time, commonly referred to as a cooling-off period. However, it's important to note that the Act does not guarantee a full refund for all cancellations made within a few days.

-Cancellation by Customer: If the Customer wishes to cancel the reservation, they must notify the Company in writing at least [7~14] days prior to the scheduled tour date to be eligible for a refund.

(Reasonable Withdrawal Period: Consider offering a reasonable withdrawal period during which tourists can cancel their booking without incurring penalties.)

-Participants who have booked to join a tour may cancel the experience up to 30 days before the scheduled start time for a full refund.

-Company's Right to Cancel: The Company reserves the right to cancel the tour in the event of unforeseen circumstances or insufficient bookings. In such cases, the Customer will be offered a full refund or an alternative tour option.

-Refund Process: Refunds, if applicable, will be processed within 10 business days from the cancellation request and will be issued using the original payment method, excluding any transaction fees or charges.

-We typically process refunds within 10 business days of the cancellation date, but the actual timeline for receiving your refund can vary depending on a variety of factors, such as your payment method, banking processes, and other external factors.

6.Governing Law and Jurisdiction

By proceeding with the payment for the Seouldude Walking Tour product, the Customer acknowledges that they have read, understood, and agreed to the terms and conditions outlined in this Agreement.
